Case Study: Ned

Ned helps people live better and feel better through products containing full-spectrum hemp oil and other natural remedies.
Using a publicly-available subscription app, they had proven demand for a "subscribe-and-save" option for their products, but they now wanted more control and flexibility in their customers' user experience, as well as several features unavailable in the app they were using.
In addition, they were executing a full rebrand, including a completely new website design, and needed help developing the design into a fully-featured Shopify theme.
Solution
We've been fans of Ned's products since they launched, so we were elated that they decided to work with us for this project.
Ned's design agency, Wondersauce, worked with the Ned team to completely rethink their subscription management experience, as well as design the theme. That's when we took over.
We built out a fully-featured Shopify Plus theme based on the designs provided, making sure that the creativity in their subscription and membership experience was realized.
Rather than having to conform their vision to the constraints of their previous app, we customized Conjured Subscriptions specifically to suit Ned's vision.
